Clients need to forward following :
- Client registration form for Online-trading duly filled up, attached with copies of required documents.
- Client registration form for Depository account duly filled up, with required documents.
- HDFC / UTI bank account opening form duly filled up, attached with copies of required documents.
Instructions for filling up the Client registration form for Online Trading & Depository:
- Please put full signature at the bottom of each page and places marked (X) for this purpose.
- Pin code is compulsory in the address details (Both foreign and Indian address).
- Fill all information in capital letters.
- Please affix (not staple) passport size photograph(s) on the space provided.
- Fill in Indian NRE/NRO bank details. (in case u already have a PIS account with designated bank)
- Tick either on NRI- Repatriable or NRI- Non- Repatriable.
Documents required for Online Trading & Depository kits :
- Two Passport size photographs duly attested by embassy of that country or by an Banker outside India (whose detail are provided)
- Copy of complete passport (The date of expiry of the passport should be beyond 6 months from the date of application)
- Foreign Bank Statement (not more than 2 months old).
- Proof of address in India (If Any), in case of foreign passport
- Proof of address in Abroad. (In case of Indian Passport)

Letter from current employer if not self employed (mentioning):
- Name of the Person
- Father’s Name
- Address
- Date of Joining
- Copy of Approval Letter (Portfolio Investment Scheme License) received from your Bank.
- Copy of PAN Card (Account shall be activated only after receiving of PAN)
- In absence of PAN CARD, Application for the PAN CARD along with Authorization letter for PAN CARD.
- Telephone/Electricity bill of address provided not more then Two months old. (Bill should be in name of first applicant)
- POA for pay-in only for the shares sold through Bonanza.
- Bank account details of NRE PIS Saving A/c
- Cancelled cheque of NRE PIS Saving A/c
- In case of nomination: Photograph of the nominee (for Depository)
- In case the nominee is minor photograph of guardian with address proof (other than the beneficiary holder)- for Depository.
Documents Required for HDFC / UTI Bank Account
We are dealing with HDFC / UTI BANK for Serving NRIs.
- Passport size Photograph signed across the face.
- The Cheque / Draft for the initial remittance/details of how you would be remitting the funds to us
- Statement of your existing Share wise holding in Indian companies, If any.
- Copies of the Passport and Visa / Work Permit / ID Card (in case of Hong Kong / Singapore) / Green card (for U.S.) attested by the customer along with any two of the following documents:
- A cheque drawn on his bank account abroad.
- Any cancelled paid cheque in original drawn on a bank abroad showing his signature, bank name, account number etc.
- Copy of his recent bank statement for his bank account abroad.
- Copy of his Telephone or Electricity bill (the bill should be in the name of the first applicant).
- Photo identity card which also carries the customers signature like drivers license, employee ID card, Labor card etc.".
