Customers will be permitted only to access queries they submit and the corresponding opinions rendered by the participating attorneys. Participating attorneys and their firms will be permitted only to access the queries they have answered and opinions they have submitted. After a customer retrieves an opinion, Bonanza may may store the opinions and the corresponding queries in a secure database. However, any storage of the queries or opinions shall be for the limited convenience of Bonanza's customers and participating attorneys. Notwithstanding, Bonanza may delete any and all copies of the opinions and queries at any time in its sole discretion. Since Bonanza is merely a forum, Bonanza will not serve as a bailee or custodian of any records for its customers or participation attorneys. Therefore, each customer and participating attorney will have sole responsibility for making and storing copies of any queries or opinions for his or her records.

When you register for Bonanza either as a customer or participating investor, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure sever.
