Executive/Assistant Manager (PMS Operations)
- Managing PMS Operations & related Client Servicing aspects of the job
- Handle Operations across various Asset & Product class i.e. Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Alternate Asset class (AIF) etc
- Responsible for Billing Clients as per agreed fee plan (Fixed & variable).
- Operations activities such as client activation, redemptions, Corporate Actions, trade allocation/reporting and settlement, client reporting, day end processing etc.
- Various reconciliations (Bank, Stock etc).
- Identifying additional systems requirement & working with vendors to test the systems deployed.
- Handling audit queries.

Compliance & MIS Executive/Manager
- Responsible for preparation Reports as per the SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations, 1996 and compliance requirement of MF Distributor/ Advisor.
- Due Diligence / Verification/ Preparation of compliance policies, Compliance Manual.
- Pre and Post Committee Meeting Functions preparation of agenda papers, reports, minutes etc.
- Reviewing of Advertising Materials / Fact Sheets as per the compliance.
- Setting up processes and calendar for internal compliance audit across all teams
- Developing policies to support compliance and track non-compliance
- Writing and presenting reports to management outlining recommendations for improvements
